The Model 15,000 De-Gasser was designed and built to minimize the processing time for sampling product in a bottling facility. It will de-carbonate enhanced citric sodas in 3 minutes to a ph of 8.1 with 28-34 ml. of NaOH (depending upon type of soft drink). This rate is 3-4 times faster than other methods.
